Goodbee is from Philadelphia, PA only child. He changed his name from Godbee to Goodbee when professionally boxing feather weight. He was an iron worker at Londum Steel. He served in the Navy. Mother from Henrico, NC, one of 14 children.
Civil Rights activist, etc. Ellen Baker is her 1st cousin. My Grandfather, Solomon Vincent had over 200 acres of land until eminent domain. Our family reunion is every year in NC on family owned land on a lake. The area is also available to others for a fee. Area fully equipt and includes boat riding.
On another note, I have three children.Two in Buffalo, Mesha and Miya Branch; their children Maleah, Jeziah, Machaela and one on the way. My oldest daughter is Mekia Goodbee. At the time of her birth they wanted to put the news in Time Magazine (my dad refused) because at that time it was said that babies were not fully developed at five months of pregnancy.
